Vials
These screw neck vials are characterized by a wide opening and a short thread.

  • Made of clear and amber glass or transparent polypropylene
  • Silanised glass vials for highest demands
  • Available with flat, round and conical bottom or as micro-vials
  • Label and scale for convenient handling
  • Different inserts available

Can be used on almost all HPLC and GC autosamplers of Agilent, CTC, Dionex (Thermo Scientific), Knauer, PerkinElmer, Shimadzu, Thermo Scientific, Varian (Agilent), VWR (Merck / Hitachi), Waters and others.

Polyproylene vials are suitable for pH-sensitive, aqueous samples and for usage in IC, CE and AAS.
Vials with closed top screw closures are suitable for sample storage.

The suitable screw closures are ready assembled.

- Large range of screw closures with different septum materials and cap colours
- Including a magnetic version for CTC GC PAL autosampler or identical constructions
- Bonded screw caps (septa firmly connected with the cap) have the advantage that blunt HPLC needles cannot push the septum into the vial
- Septa made from economical Red Rubber/FEP, high quality silicone/PTFE (also slitted) or silicone/polyimide and from virgin PTFE

Also available as convenient vial kits with 100 vials and 100 caps and as pre-assembled vial-insert or presealed vial-closure combinations.
