The containers are used for incubating diluted samples of sewage, sewage effluents, polluted water, and industrial waste. Made from borosilicate glass, these bottles have a high chemical resistance. BOD bottles come with a permanently screened label and are available with glass stoppers. Models utilizing darker glass are ideal for handling light-sensitive samples.
